Description:

The vessel is an atmospheric tank with a DN100 bottom outlet.

Heating is provided by a 20 kW electric bottom heater.

The mixer is equipped with a propeller-type agitator.

It features a flat lid, which is openable and fitted with a safety grid.
The lid includes 4 dosing/inlet nozzles.

Recommended operating temperature: 20–60 °C.

The bottom discharge nozzle is fitted with a stainless steel ball valve, equipped with a pneumatic actuator and bubble position indicator.
The actuator is spring-loaded, providing a fail-safe (safety closed) function.
