Backers 2HTA Star Screen / Lindner ZetaStar 75 – Crawler Mobile & Hooklift System

For sale is a versatile Backers 2HTA built in 2019 with only 1,685 operating hours. The machine was manufactured by Backers and was also sold under the name Lindner ZetaStar 75.

The machine is ideally suited as a secondary screening unit behind shredders and pre-shredders. It performs especially well when processing bulky waste, commercial waste, green waste or waste wood, as the material is efficiently screened and the oversized fraction can be returned directly into the shredder via the hydraulically swivelable oversize conveyor. This eliminates the need for an additional excavator or wheel loader for material recirculation.

Thanks to the flexible star and screen deck configuration, the machine can also be used for screening topsoil, wet clay soil, sand, compost or construction waste. The screening size can be individually adjusted; the machine is currently set up for material smaller than 60 mm. Modifications to the stars and screen deck are available at extra cost.

The compact design allows easy transportation via hooklift system. On site, the machine can be repositioned quickly using the crawler track system.
