The ATI PortaSens III is a portable, handheld gas leak detector designed for locating and measuring gas leaks across a wide range of environments—from chemical plants to pharmaceutical labs, food processing facilities, and confined spaces

Interchangeable Smart Sensors

Attaches a variety of pre‑calibrated smart sensor modules, each combining sensor, amplifier, and memory into one. These allow detection of 30 to over 60 different gases, depending on configuration

Swapping sensors takes under a minute and requires no user calibration

Built-in Sampling Pump & Flexible Wand

Enables pinpoint detection of leak sources via one‑hand operation

Color Touch-Screen Display

Features a backlit, graphic or touch-enabled LCD for easy reading in all lighting conditions

Data Logging & Connectivity

Includes a 4 GB internal data-logger, capturing millions of data points. Log intervals are programmable from 1 to 60 minutes, with USB connectivity for data transfer

Power Options

Runs on either rechargeable NiMH “D” cell battery or traditional alkaline D-cell batteries

Alarms & Alerts

Offers both visual and audible alarms—including low flow and low battery warnings—plus multiple gas concentration thresholds

The D16 PortaSens III can detect a broad spectrum of gases, including but not limited to:

Toxic gases: Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), formaldehyde, chlorine, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, and others

Common industrial gases: Oxygen (O₂), ozone (O₃), carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide
