Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of stand-up pouches (doypacks) with regular and irregular shape, with hanging hole, with zipper. Suitable for small stand-up bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). Two bags are handled per machine cycle, whereby a higher output will be achieved per minute. 2 dosing units are needed and accordingly 2 charging hopper are mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with two additional dosing units and charging hoppers does exist, either to handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen user interface (different languages available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature monitor. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-250)xW(90-140)mm; filling capacity: max. 600ml; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 55 cycles/minute (corresponds to max. 110 bags/min); 15.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)9300x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 3400kg. All product contacting parts made of stainless steel (SS304). Any dosing unit and/or other modules (such as conveyor etc.) shown on the picture are optional modules to this position and only depicted for demonstration purposes. The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. Eye marks must be present on the film. We gladly verify and confirm on basis of sampling the compatibility of the respective composite film.
