AMTEC CAPMO VARIO SCR1

Fully automatic capping machine for screwing screw caps onto containers including conveyor belt for integration into the packing line. The machine is suitable for a multitude of different screw caps by means of the quick-change of screwing device head. Prior to tightening, an adjustment device provides for an exact positioning of the screw cap onto the container. Main components: PLC by Mitsubishi, sensor by Stick, pneumatic parts by AIRTAC. - Specifications: max. speed of the machine in neutral: 25 cycles/minute; conveyor belt speed : 0-13m/min; cap diameter: customized; power: 220V, 3.5kW; compressed air: 3-5bar, 0.1m³; materials used: predominantly stainless steel 304, protective panel and conveyor parts are made of plastic; machine dimensions and weight: L1450xW850xH1600mm, 350kg; Conveyor belt dimensions: Length approx. 2200mm (may be adapted), width approx. 110mm (customized).
