Big-bag filling units are suitable for filling commercial sizes of big bags. The big bags are filled with the product, for example, via screws, rotary valves or a hopper feeder. The big bag stations can be linked and optionally extended with an automatic exchange system. This exchange system ensures that when a full report is received, the filling process is continued to the next big bag station, so the filling process does not stop and there is time to exchange the full big bag.

The filling station has a shaking system to compact the product in the big bag during the filling process, so the big bags are filled 10-15% more and therefore also stand up firmly.
