Alco ADT 1000 NH In-Line Dipper Coating Machine
The Alco ADT 1000 NH in-line dipper is specifically designed for the uniform application of tempura batter, heavy liquid coatings, marinades, and other viscous, non-pumpable coating materials. The upper and lower conveyor belts carefully guide the product through the coating bath, ensuring consistent and even coverage.
Excess coating material is removed by an integrated air knife system, which gently blows off surplus coating to achieve the desired coating thickness and product appearance. Both the conveyor speed and air knife intensity are continuously adjustable, allowing precise control over the coating process.
The intuitive touchscreen control panel enables operators to easily program different product settings, facilitating quick product changeovers and efficient production management.
This coating method is widely used in the processing of meat, poultry, fish, bakery products, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, confectionery, snacks, pet food, convenience foods, and a variety of other industrial applications.
The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability, easy cleaning, and compliance with stringent hygiene standards.
