DNL Machines B.V.

On July 1st, 2019, Diederik van Hattem began as the official importer of DEZEURE with DNL Equipment B.V. In early 2020, after DNL Equipment B.V. became the official dealer in the Netherlands for Prinoth crawler dumpers, the need arose to also provide service support. This need was met by acquiring LMB Boer B.V. in Haastrecht on April 1st, 2020. Key reasons for acquiring LMB Boer B.V. included the company’s longstanding history and its team of highly experienced, skilled employees who highly value customer satisfaction. Following the acquisition, the company’s name was changed to DNL Machines B.V., and the trade name “DNL Machines & Equipment” was adopted. The current owners of DNL Machines & Equipment are Evert Maassen and Diederik van Hattem. Concurrently with the acquisition of LMB Boer B.V., DNL Machines & Equipment became an official contract dealer for Deutz-Fahr. Subsequently, the dealership agreements for Pöttinger and Merlo were also added. This essentially completed the range of agricultural machinery activities. With Merlo’s rotating and rigid telehandlers, a step was made into the construction equipment sector. On December 1st, 2020, the company obtained the importership for Sany, adding a renowned global brand to the product portfolio. With Sany, a valuable and significant addition was made to nationwide operations. Today, DNL Machines & Equipment functions both as a regional agricultural machinery company and as a nationally active importer/dealer. The team consists of 15 enthusiastic and dedicated professionals who commit themselves daily to serving customers in the best possible way!
