Complete brewery with an output capacity of 20hl - 25hl per batch and an annual capacity between 2,000hl and 3,000hl.

The plant was installed in 2019 and has produced approximately 140 brews.
The system is currently operational and functions perfectly.

Brew House
• 3-vessel brewhouse, 20hl - mash tun, lauter tun, and wort kettle
• 2 hot water tanks, each 20hl
• Plate heat exchanger, two-stage process
• HopRocket for external hop or fruit boiling

Fermentation and Storage Technology - All tanks with jacket cooling
• 2 fermentation vessels, 25hl - open fermentation with removable spray heads
• 10 storage tanks - cylindro-conical, 22.5hl, 3.0 bar pressure – with spray heads
