Both the base and moving platen frames are welded steel constructions manufactured from single pieces. Bearings are made of bronze in special steel; shafts, tie rods, and helical gears are made of high-grade steel.

The ultra-precise eccentric bushes allow for extremely fine pressure adjustment. The eccentric bushes themselves are locked in place by safety gears, effectively preventing unintentional adjustment.

The spacious opening and three end positions of the platen facilitate easy feeding and removal, allowing for high average hourly throughput.

The guide support is low-maintenance. Continuous operation, single, or skip feed can be selected.
Moulding accuracy is especially high with balanced balls. Individual knives can be held for unchanged material without heavy sheet laying. Waste material and corresponding turnover are reduced.

All pressure bars are mounted on a mechanically infinitely adjustable auxiliary bridge.

Open working area is crucial not only for trouble-free feeding and precise die plate positioning but also for immediate waste ejection and clear view of the belt sleds and feeding rollers.

Cutting pressure is transferred via the diameter of the cutting wheels onto several large blocks which are seated against their corresponding bases, ensuring the die-cutting process is unified with the machine base.

Power transmission and braking are handled by an electro-pneumatic clutch; a compressor with air reservoir is included. Centralized lubrication system is installed.

All pneumatic locking devices are fully integrated. When operating in timer mode, a yellow warning light above the machine is illuminated. An additional safety bar above the closed platen edge stops the platen instantly when activated.

The control cabinet beside the machine prevents vibration of the electrical components.
